The taste:
Responsible for the validation and General Ledger coding of Trade Spend invoices for cca. 110 customers spread out into 4 commercial teams.
Coordination with Customer Finance Analysts and stakeholders to allow the Customer Spend process work smoothly and ensure payments happen on a timely and compliant manner.

How to serve:
• Correctly code and process invoices efficiently through the global Diageo cash cycle processes
• Ensure customer invoices are processed and paid out on a timely manner
• Handle customer queries and issue resolution
• Support month/quarter/half year/yearly closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders of the Global Travel (GT) commercial team and external customers of GT
• Maintain customer documentation
• Reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
• Actively promote the internal audit and control agenda
• Actively look for and driving simplification opportunities in the GT customer spend process
