External Job Description

Purpose:
To ensure the quantitative and qualitative distribution of the Company's products through direct distributors and secondary customers in the entrusted territory.

Key objectives:

Implementation of plans for quantitative and qualitative distribution through direct distributors;
Providing the necessary coverage of secondary customers ( sell out ) - local networks, traditional retail, wholesale customers;
Achieving the goals for the timely return of funds by distributors;
Implementation of measures aimed at increasing sales volumes and attracting consumers;
Conducting promo activities in accordance with the plan;
Interaction with distributors for the purpose of managing the effectiveness of trading teams of distributors, informing about the company and products, ensuring compliance with Diageo rules and procedures ;
Preparation of reports.

Requirements for candidates:

Higher education;
Experience in sales of consumer goods from 3 years;
Experience in managing the team for at least 1 year;
Experience with distributors, including the management of the performance of trade teams;
Experience in negotiating and contracting
Experience in training and sales technology training;
Knowledge in the field of trade and consumer marketing;
Excellent communication skills, presentations, negotiation skills;
Knowledge of English (spoken and written) will be an advantage.
