Customer Planning and Activation Manager Off Trade (maternity cover for approx. 6 months) – Lausanne

The role

As Planning and Activation Manager you are the interface between our Sales team, our international Brand team and our food & drink customers within Austria & Switzerland.

In this exciting role you are responsible for:

• Channel activation and promotion plan: Create outlet sales and visibility solutions
• Ensure successful launch and set-up of all new packs, products and POS items for the food & drink channel
• Monitor and control the budget & stocks for POS materials
• Be the contact person for customers and external agencies
• Coordinate the promotion budget for the relevant activities
• Regular analysis of market data & return on investment analysis of activities

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or trade marketing, ideally also significant customer management experience
• Basic knowledge of the food & drink retailing channel within Switzerland and/ or Austria
• Obsessed by execution, proven track record of networking & influencing peers and colleagues
• Can create synergies across our consumer shopper and customer agenda
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills
• Project management knowledge – knows how to get the best from agencies and multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English, advanced German, French is a plus.
