Reporting to Europe’s Head of Digital, we have a newly created role for an Audience Manager to join our agile, creative and resourceful team to own and manage Diageo’s audience segmentation and testing strategy for the region, driving our DMP strategy forward.

This role is based in our London offices and is an incredibly important hire to help accelerate the use of digital data at Diageo. You will be expected to help transform Diageo into a leader in audience based buying.

The role will be wide and varied which means you will be liaising with a large number of both internal and external stakeholders, therefore exceptional communications skills will be key.

Top Responsibilities:
Own and manage Diageo’s audience segmentation and testing strategy across the region – applying it to marketing strategy and execution alike.
Work within Diageo’s DMP to build and size audiences using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data, a key enabler for programmatic execution
Collaborate with ad operations, partners, and product teams to execute advertiser tagging implementation to enable reporting and insights
Own the tagging infrastructure to enable in-console reporting and analysis that’s aligned with brand KPIs
Drive the DMP strategy forward and be responsible for identifying analytical opportunities to drive insight generation
Be passionate about data-driven marketing
Presentations to internal and external teams
Stakeholder management

Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint a passionate individual, likely to have several years’ demonstrable experience in executing programmatic campaigns which have been optimised to audience buys. The right person will have a good working knowledge of a DMP, ideally Adobe Audience Manager, DFA/DCM, execution of campaigns such as DBM/TubeMogul/TradeDesk and be up to date with industry technology trends.

This talented person could either be sat within an in-house programmatic team or agency but must have experience interacting with brand teams.

We are looking for a confident personality with good communication skills. A person who takes an open and inclusive approach, and demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills (Marketing, Technology)
