Job Summary

AECOM has been appointed to successfully deliver the Retail Capital Development Programme for our international client in the Benelux area. Within this programme AECOM provides Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services in an end-to-end delivery process with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
In order to expand our team of experts we are continuously looking for bright, venturous and self-starting talent.

In the role of Intern Building Engineering you will be involved in:
HVAC drafting activities for the Construction program
Making general layout plans and construction details
Calculation of HVAC load demand, thermal and airflow
Sizing and specification of Chillers, AHUs, Ducting and associated Piping systems
Coordination with the vendors and client
3D Modeling of the entire HVAC system (beneficial)
Technical support for Commissioning and Performance Testing (beneficial)

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or relevant studies.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch
