On International Women’s Day (IWD), Capgemini celebrated its colleagues and thanked its allies for their constant support. "Together with Women@Capgemini, our largest global employee network group, we will continue strengthening our efforts to celebrate women every day of the year, nurturing the inclusive future we all want," said the company.

Capgemini knows that the focus on women's equality stretches well beyond IWD on March 8 - to every day of the year. Shaping inclusive futures for all is key for the company at any point.

Going beyond embracing the differences and uniqueness of its people, Capgemini also cultivates its commonalities to engage all of its workforce, shaping inclusive futures for all.

Furthermore, over past years, Capgemini has made substantial progress in improving women's representation, with a 5.8% increase in the workforce and a notable 9.4% rise in executive positions since 2019, advancing towards its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) targets.

"We are going beyond representation to ensure inclusive futures for everyone through flagship programs like dedicated training pathways and mentorship opportunities, enhancing work-life balance through our flexible work policy, and facilitating continuous feedback. In 2023, more than 16,000 colleagues participated in Inclusion Circles, an ongoing initiative that brings our leaders and colleagues together to have open conversations on inclusion to better understand their experiences and prompt meaningful action," said Capgemini.
