The 2023 LGBT+ Inclusion Index is Asia’s first multi-market benchmark on corporate policies and practices for creating inclusive workplaces for LGBT+ employees. This year, 34 organizations participated in the Hong Kong Index.
They represent multiple industries including financial services, hospitality, pharmaceutical, technology, legal, media, properties and real estate, as well as the third sector.
