Here, Polina shares her experiences from the DHL Express Central European Internship Program.
The importance of being heard and understood
Polina's role with DHL Express saw her operating as a Digital Marketer based in Croatia, working remotely.
Polina explains that her biggest success with DHL is that she had the chance to be heard and understood from her managers regarding the importance of digital marketing. "They allowed me to work with a digital account of Croatia from the Czech Republic," says Polina.
Working with open-minded people
For Polina, DHL Express is a great company to work for because its people are open-minded. "They're really super friendly, and I'm happy that I have a chance to work here," she says.
