M&G Investments is where women work

Women career returners consider jobs at M&G

At M&G we invest heavily in the most important asset class of all, people. Our role as an employer is very simple – to provide the right environment for our talented people to do their best work.

Working in partnership with Women Returners, we are offering a supported hiring initiative for talented professionals who have taken an extended career break of 2 years or more. This is an opportunity for you to return to your professional career in a supportive and flexible environment.

Any vacancies that would welcome applications from individuals who have taken a career break are highlighted in the listing below and on the specific adverts via the M&G Careers website. Successful candidates who have taken a career break of 2 years or more will receive individual coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and focused training to support your transition back to the corporate workforce.

We aim to create an environment where returning professionals can reach their potential, both personally and professionally. We recognise that a good work-life balance is important to many returners and, wherever possible, offer flexible working arrangements; examples might include part-time working, term-time working and informal home working. We also encourage networking, information sharing and learning opportunities.

All returner roles are existing vacancies at M&G. For those individuals who take a fixed term contract or temporary position, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a permanent position within the organisation based upon performance and successful completion of your contract.
