Schneider Electric's people love giving back to the communities they serve.
In North America, Schneider Electric has offered over 17,000 employee volunteer hours and over $4 million in donations to non-profits.

Schneider Electric's people know how important it is to give back to the local community, especially during the holiday season. Schneider Electric is proud of all its generous employees for giving their time and donations to those less fortunate.

For its volunteering efforts, Schneider Electric has even won a Habitat Hero Award for its continuous support of Chicagoland Habitat, a Chicago-based organization that helps transform families and communities through affordable homeownership.

One impressive story is that of Jessica Staggs, Talent Management Specialist for Schneider Electric's North America Operations.
When Jessica's daughter was born with a congenital heart defect, her coworkers supported her. Years later, she continues to find her meaningful purpose at work by volunteering with the American Heart Association.
"Schneider Electric invests in the organizations that its employees are passionate about, and it is easy to get involved and make a difference," says Jessica.
