For Micci, Spirax-Sarco Engineering was a natural choice of career when she first moved to Cheltenham.
"It is the one business that can offer someone with my specialist skills the variety that I want and broad data that makes my job really interesting," she explains.
Always something new to learn
In her role at Spirax-Sarco Engineering, Micci focuses on three parts of the group supply chain: Planning, Operations and Health and Safety. She looks at the data analysis for each of these areas, coordinating global data collection and ensuring the company is meeting KPIs and targets.
"There is always something new to learn here and it’s great to be working for a business that lets me use lots of new techniques and technology that help us deliver outstanding data analysis," she adds.
