In her role at Spirax-Sarco Engineering, Micci focuses on three parts of the group supply chain: Planning, Operations and Health and Safety. She looks at the data analysis for each of these areas, coordinating global data collection and ensuring the company is meeting KPIs and targets.

"There is always something new to learn here and it’s great to be working for a business that lets me use lots of new techniques and technology that help us deliver outstanding data analysis," she adds.
