Northrop Grumman is involved in supporting LGBTQ causes and recognizes the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The company has a comprehensive transgender toolkit and education program for managers and employees, has participated in several Pride parades, and has a Pride in Diversity Alliance (PrIDA) employee resource group.

Recently, Northrop Grumman was also a proud presenting sponsor of the Out & Equal Workplace Summit where the company showcased how it promotes innovation through inclusion.

The Out & Equal Workplace Summit features educational workshops, featured panels, community advisory roundtables, special networking mixers, receptions and events, and inspirational plenaries featuring prominent LGBTQ and ally leaders.

Each year, over 6,000 employees including executives, employee resource group members, HR and diversity and inclusion professionals join other experts to share strategies and best practices to create workplaces which are inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

An inclusive space for every teammate

“At Northrop Grumman, we strive to create an inclusive space where every teammate can safely bring his or her whole self to work and feel confident their unique contributions are valued,” said Cynthia Curiel, Sector Vice President of Communications. “That's what our focus on diversity and inclusion is all about.”
