Forbes cites America’s Best Employers for Women 2020

Over the years, companies have made considerable progress regarding the quest for gender parity.

Inclusive hiring and retention policies and practices have directly benefited female employees and family-friendly policies have proved popular and effective.

In its third annual ranking of the best employers for women, Forbes collaborated with market research firm Statista, surveying 75,000 Americans, including 45,000 women, working for businesses that employ more than 1,000 workers. The respondents spanned 31 industries and were asked to share their opinion on a series of statements about their respective employer’s culture, opportunities for career development, image, working conditions, salary and wages and diversity.

Respondents were first asked to rate their organizations on criteria such as working conditions, diversity and how likely they'd be to recommend their employer to others.

America’s Best Employers For Women 2020 by Forbes names 300 leading organizations lauded for their female-friendly focus.

Leading companies celebrated like GlaxoSmithKline, Medtronic and Eaton 

Progressive employers like GlaxoSmithKline, Medtronic and Eaton were selected due to employee satisfaction in areas like parental leave, family support, flexibility, discrimination, representation & career, pay equity.

These companies have a strong track record in supporting women's careers and forging inclusive workplaces.
