Great organisations like AECOM, Thales, ArupSchneider ElectricUniversity of Sheffield and more have celebrated and supported the achievements of impressive women engineers - and encouraged more girls into science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

These organisations all support International Women in Engineering Day annually -  a fabulous initiative that helps raise the profile of women in engineering annually and showcases the amazing career opportunities available. Encouraging more women into engineering careers increases diversity in engineering companies, a true business imperative, and helps work towards filling the substantial number of future job opportunities predicted for the Engineering sector. INWED is run via our fabulous partners WES.
