We provide a range of successful female-focused marketing opportunities for corporate organisations to engage women as candidates and customers. Might your organisation like further information, or a phone discussion, about our opportunities below?

1. Where Women Work corporate memberships

We educate and inspire women about companies and actively help search out the right candidates, encouraging them to apply. We focus on female interns, apprentices, graduates, experienced hires, women returners and senior executives across sectors. We market career opportunities to women - promoting what they do, what it’s like to work there and what’s on offer. We showcase exciting news, information, jobs and case studies through our website, magazine, newsletter, direct email shots and social media channels (LinkedIn, twitter, facebook, YouTube). Our clients are actively trying to recruit and retain the best female talent. We offer an annual all-inclusive membership package that includes unlimited job vacancies, candidate sourcing support, engaging branded content, 4 page magazine feature, social media strategy, monthly newsletter adverts and more. See an example here.

2. Where Women Work magazine features

Our annual Where Women Work magazine is open for submissions and publishes February 2017. We feature engaging stories about progressive organisations and the women who work there, as well as company advertisements. See examples here

3. International Women's Day 2017 partnerships

Our 2017 International Women's Day partnerships are available (Tier 1 & 2 options). IWD 2016 partners were EY, BP, Accenture, Western Union, Metlife, Avanade, EBRD, AECOM and African Development Bank. IWD relationships provide a prime and direct voice to women worldwide - educating and inspiring them about their diversity commitment whether in terms of women for customers, candidates, commerce or community. The IWD website is a significant and authoritative platform seen by millions each year. Partnership draws recognition that a company is keen to drive gender parity, and is working to attract and retain diverse talent. It also promotes a company's leadership to customers, shareholders, employees, media, suppliers and the public.

4. Corporate candidate experience Diversity Audit

Access our popular and robust Diversity Audit to identify how effective the candidate experience is on your corporate website. Audit incudes a 25 point checklist assessment with full report and recommendations, as based on industry best practice.
