Northrop Grumman is committed to advancing the careers of people from underrepresented communities and has been named to DiversityInc's list of Top Companies for Native American/Pacific Islander Executives, as well as The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) Top 50 STEM Workplaces.

Northrop Grumman has 13 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide distinct benefits for both members and the company. Across more than 270 chapters, these groups include those supporting Asian Pacific Islanders and Native Americans.
