At QBE European Operations, charity partnerships reflect the company's purpose, strategic priorities and approach to sustainability and working in the community.

As part of the QBE Foundation's grant program, QBE European Operations is proud to be supporting Young And Inspired, a charity providing out of hours activities to disadvantaged young people in London. Support provided by QBE European Operations helps the physical, social, emotional, and academic development of disadvantaged youth.

Supporting economics and social participation

Young And Inspired creates pathways for Not Employment, Education or Training (NEET) teenagers and teenage parents, so they are able to equally participate in economic and social life as they transition into adulthood.

At Young and Inspired, children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential.

Enabling employees to support community causes

The QBE Foundation local grants program enables employees to support causes or programs they are passionate about within their communities.

Employees can apply for a local grant of up to $10,000 for an organization or charity of their choice, subject to certain eligibility and budget criteria.

Employees can also apply for matched funding of up to $5,000 a year for their personal fundraising initiatives.
