Cloudera accelerates digital transformation for the world’s largest enterprises. As such, the company recently joined together with IBM and Intel to deliver Evolve NYC 2022 - an inaugural Executive and C-Suite event showing ways data strategies can transform business, creatively solve problems, and even help communities. The event saw leading industry innovators, analytics experts, and data leaders – and provided solutions to 'change the game.'
Cloudera's Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing, Natascha Lee [pictured above], had the fabulous job of covering Evolve NYC 2022 and going behind the scenes for her social media audiences.
Natascha's role at Cloudera is to lead the company's Global Partner Marketing team, and help craft strategy maximizing Cloudera's partner ecosystem.

Discussing the key trends shaping data strategies
Speaking at the event, Cloudera CEO, Rob Bearden, discussed the trends shaping data strategies.
"As CEO, I am focused on helping organizations realize the full potential of their businesses by making data and analytics easy and accessible, for everyone," explained the CEO.

Meeting some of the people working at Cloudera

The event provided an ideal opportunity to meet the teams from Cloudera. "A major perk of Evolve NYC is having the opportunity to see Cloudera colleagues in person. This event wouldn't be possible without them," said Cloudera.

Increasing diversity in tech and addressing skill gaps

Because the technology industry lacks diversity, leaders from IBM, Intel, Retrain AI and Morning Brew discussed how companies can use data to inform long-term talent strategies and address the widespread skills gap.
"Thank you for following along with me today at #EvolveNYC! It was such a great experience filled with insights, innovation, and inspiration. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did," concluded Natascha.
