Working on leading edge projects in the 12-month Graduate Program

A graduates journey with DXC Technology starts from day one. Graduates will take part in a structured induction program where they will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from their cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get them up to speed with the DXC Technology environment and build their interpersonal skills. Graduates embark on a structured 12-month program with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop their skills and knowledge in the areas that interest them, plus opportunities to build their network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers.

Celebrating top employer for graduates

Prosple's Top 100 Graduate Employers rankings list help employers evaluate the success of their graduate programs and identify areas for improvement, helping them craft even better experiences for their future hires. The list relates to the popularity and quality of each employer's graduate program. Prosple gauges student popularity by measuring how sought-after an employer is. Student popularity reflects whether students aspire to work for a company, and popularity is assessed based on page views and application numbers. On the other hand, program quality is a measure of what it’s actually like to work at a company. Prosple assesses quality using real employee reviews from its surveys. Every year, Prosple creates a survey and invites all employers to send to their entry-level hires. On the survey, Prosple asks respondents to rate their employers on 12 factors, including overall satisfaction. It then uses each employer’s average satisfaction rating as their quality score. Prosple then adjusts employers’ quality score based on the age of their reviews (the more recent the reviews the better) and the number of reviews (the more reviews the better). Finally, Prosple derives a final score (out of 10) for each employer based on their popularity and quality, ranks them in order of their final score, and features the top 100 on its sites.
