They work on projects that really do make an important impact.

Northrop Grumman provides superb career pathways for talented women - across various areas and levels within this highly innovative and exciting company. And the professional development opportunities are certainly impressive.

Real and meaningful work

For one intern, an internship with Northrop Grumman means broadening skillsets and learning new things every day. "Interns do real and meaningful work," says intern, Jaylyn.

Helena and her fellow interns have learned about a C2 AMPV, a Bradley-class vehicle that Northrop Grumman uses to communicate with land forces. Meanwhile, Helena's friend and fellow intern, Chris, was busy practicing with zSpace - a tool that captures depth movement on the stylus and allows us to interact with objects on the screen.

Giving back to local communites is also valued
