Two prime employers for women, AECOM and Arcadis have been rightly ranked at the top of the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2018 list of Top 225 International Design Firms.
AECOM, which designs, builds, finances and operates infrastructure assets in more than 150 countries, ranked second on the prestigious list.
Arcadis, a leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, is ranked fifth. Arcadis, however, was ranked #1 globally in the buildings category - a very impressive feat.
Companies in the list are ranked according to revenue for design services performed in 2017 in $ millions and the findings are published by Engineering News-Record that provides engineering and construction news, analysis, commentary and data that construction industry professionals need to do their jobs more effectively.
