Honeywell has received an award for its commitment to an inclusive and diverse Board of Directors, which includes three Latino members.

Chairman and CEO Darius Adamczyk accepted the prestigious Corporate Visionary Award from the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA), an organization that aims to increase Hispanic participation in boardrooms across the United States

“For Honeywell, Inclusion and Diversity is more than something that’s nice to do … it’s essential to everything we are trying to accomplish. To be a world-leading technology company, we must leverage the unique talents, skills and perspectives of all our employees,” said Darius.

A forward-looking business with strong values

Darius recognized Honeywell’s three Hispanic board members, Grace Lieblein, who was in the audience and has been on the Board for five years; Jaime Chico Pardo, with a tenure of 18 years; and George Paz, who has been on Honeywell’s Board for the past nine years.

“LCDA’s Corporate Visionary Award is presented to a select group of forward-looking companies who are leading the way and have the distinction of having two or more U.S. Latinos serving on their boards,” adds Esther Aguilera, LCDA President and CEO.

“We were honored to recognize Honeywell as an exemplary company that leverages the expertise and experience of Latinos in the boardroom.”
