The pioneering Women Lead initiative in Australia presented by HCL Technologies returns again for a third chapter. The program involves strategic mentoring and enables aspiring women executives to interact and learn from successful industry leaders.

Australia still has some way to go when it comes to female representation in corporate leadership. Women Lead is bridging the disparity and has been creating a positive impact since it first launched in 2015. Following implementation of two former chapters, the Women Lead program has garnered interest from top industry leaders who join the program to make a substantial and tangible impact in their careers

Women Lead is enabling a Circle of Influence

Through the third chapter, Women Lead is curating a network or 'Circle of Influence' that includes leaders from renowned agencies to deliver career support, guidance and mentorship to aspiring women leaders.

Women Lead is now extended from a mentorship program to a sustainable platform. The platform will build and engage an alumni group, create partnerships to provide more opportunities for women and enable a connected ecosystem from which aspiring women leaders can draw learning and insights.

Inspirational mentors working with ambitious mentees

Women Lead mentee HCLThrough the Women Lead program, established leaders and C-level executives in the upper realms of Australia’s leading corporations also act as mentors sharing their experiences with aspiring women candidates.

Mentors work alongside Women Lead's Executive Coach, Mary-Ann Kamel, Founder, MAK Executive, to develop their coaching skills and encourage young talent. Each mentor-mentee pair focuses on an issue or project proposed by the mentee in her application. Upon discussing, a project that represents a significant and meaningful part of the mentee’s professional development is ascertained and a game plan is devised to achieve it.
