Vodafone's ReConnect Returners Programme offers great opportunities and the company hosted a Returners Fair in London to offer insight into the initiative.

Vodafone acknowledges that preparing to get back to work after a break of a year can be daunting and that is why the company hosted the 'Return to Work Careers & Skills Fair' in its new London Digital Hub in Southwark.

The event offered advice on rebuilding your CV, refreshing interview technique and honing key corporate skills.

Collaborating with top career advisors and recruitment specialists

Vodafone collaborated with a range of public and private sector organisations to provide returners with key skills workshops from industry experts and seminars from inspiring guest speakers - in addition to showcasing a number of exciting roles available through Vodafone's award-winning ReConnect Returners Programme.

Joining Vodafone to offer free workshops, seminars and consultation services was: Hays (global recruitment services), LHH Penna (career transition and leadership development), Government Equalities Office and 2 to 3 Days (part-time flexible jobs specialist recruitment).
