MetLife again wins HACR award for Hispanic inclusion

Prime employer MetLife has been honored with the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsiblity (HACR) Award for Corporate Inclusion. This is the eighth year running that MetLife has received the prestigious award.

The HACR Award for Corporate Inclusion is presented annually, based on the results of the HACR Corporate Inclusion Index. The index measures Hispanic inclusion in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy and governance.

Hispanic employees contribute every day

“We’re grateful for all the contributions that our Hispanic employees make to our company every day," says Cindy Pace, Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at MetLife. "As a purpose-driven company, MetLife is committed to building a culture of inclusion where everyone feels valued and can engage in meaningful work that makes a difference."

“By promoting Hispanic inclusion, companies such as MetLife are cultivating a corporate culture that encourages forward thinking,” adds HACR Senior Vice President and COO Dr. Lisette Garcia. “On behalf of HACR’s Board of Directors, we congratulate MetLife for keeping Hispanic inclusion top of mind.”
