Why become an Avon Graduate Representative?

Becoming an Avon Representative could be your sole source of income or something extra on the side, with unlimited earnings based on how much you sell.

You also get to work where and when and for how long you like, so you can spend more time doing what you love with the people you love.

Avon will also give you all the help you need, from a starter kit to your very own site, with all the information, training and tools you need to run your Avon business your own way.

Hear from Avon representatives Katie and Georgie

"I've always worked part-time. I worked in supermarkets and garages as a student, but they're sometimes hard to combine withyour studies. What's good about Avon is that, after your start-up costs, you earn £1 for every £4 worth of products you sell, and unlike other jobs you can work as much or as little as you want. I'm a stock control assistant at Sainsbury's in the day, and Avon fits around this perfectly. I can choose my own hours, and do about five to 10 a week," says Katie.

“It struck me that running my own Avon enterprise was an incredible opportunity to build my CV and earn some extra money at the same time. I’ve got a good degree and have started to look for jobs but I know that the competition out there is tough. To be able to tell interviewers that I’ve set up my own business will help me stand out from other candidates. It’ll be a fantastic opportunity for me to put in to practice all the skills I’ve learnt in my three years at university," says Georgie.
