Director of Data Science for Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM) at 84.51°, Lauren Littlejohn, took part in an episode of 84.51°'s The Uplow’d podcast to discuss Data Science Innovation in Personalizing the Customer Experience (PTCE).

As a founder of KPM, Lauren uses the podcast to shine light the ways 84.51° makes every interaction customers have with Kroger and its suppliers as relevant as possible. 

In her important job, Lauren focuses on using data and machine learning to improve campaign performance under KPM. She has spent several years learning the media landscape and, in addition to her Director role, Lauren leads charity engagement with the Freestore Foodbank and spends her free time traveling and volunteering with international students.
