Avon CEO discusses leadership during COVID-19 on online panel

Participating in a live online panel of experts, Avon CEO Angela Cretu discussed leadership during the coronavirus pandemic.

Joined by further business leaders - Inna Orlova, Chairman of the Board at KYPWELL and Sonia Summers, Founder and CEO of Beauty Barrage - the panel was hosted by INNOCOS, a platform where beauty brands, retailers, influencers meet to share strategies on marketing, trends, innovation, consumer insights, product, packaging, and retail.

Anna Dycheva-Smirnova, Editor, Cosmetics in Russia and Managing Director, Reed Exhibitions Russia chaired the panel.

Leadership to create a post COVID-19 future 

Angela, Inna and Sonia discussed how the importance for companies to establish stronger relationships with clients, build for the future, and offer loyalty, education and opportunities through leadership.

They also shared insights into how large corporations like Avon through to smaller start-ups are facing difficulties during the crisis - and explained how companies need to look beyond to envision a world post COVID-19.

Additionally in the fast-changing world, companies need to be prepared for different scenarios and show empathic leadership to staff, suppliers and clients.
