Chelsea Riddoch is Diageo’s Trainee Site Operations Manager at the Cardhu Distillery, the iconic home of Johnnie Walker.

Having joined the engineering apprenticeship programme at 17, Chelsea is currently undertaking Diageo's Trainee Site Operations Manager Programme and explains more about how the scheme has enabled her to realise her career ambitions.
