84.51° Senior Researcher Natalie Wozniak shared key insight into her work and the current climate in an episode of 84.51°'s The Uplow'd podcast.

Through the podcast, Natalie talks about her role on 84.51°’s Consumer Research Team, their findings of the impact of COVID-19 on Kroger shoppers, and how they’re using these findings to help affect the changes that help shoppers deal with the pandemic. 

Sharing insight into the Consumer Research Team, Natalie overviews some of the qualitative research that her team undertakes. She also explains how her work on the Foundational Research Pillar answers fundamental questions about customers, and supports the broader Consumer Research team’s work on customer attitudes and sentiment.

Key responsibilities for Natalie

Natalie is responsible for bringing the customer voice to 84.51°'s projects, analyzing attitudinal data from quantitative and qualitative consumer research. Her work compliments 84.51°’s ability to identify consumer behaviors by answering questions to understand why these behaviors exist. 

Natalie received her Bachelor degree in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and has been focused on keeping the customer at the center of decisions for 84.51°, Kroger, and their partners for several years.
