Celebrating diversity and valuing inclusion are key at Eaton.

At Eaton, they know that the single most important ingredient to their success is their people.

They also recognize that each individual is unique – with different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences that influence and inform their ideas and opinions. It is this rich range of individual differences and unique perspectives that lead to innovative ideas and better decisions for their company and their customers, strengthening Eaton’s reputation as a thought leader.

Inclusion is not simply an admirable behaviour to be displayed when interacting with others. It is also an important strategic action that helps Eaton achieve business goals and contributes to their success. That is why the company has formed inclusion Eaton Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster awareness, respect and inclusion within the workplace.

On the occasion of the Pride Month this year, Eaton asked some of its employees about the importance of supporting and celebrating PRIDE and in being allies to the LGBTQ+ community.
