Diageo celebrates dedicated inclusion week: INC Week

Diageo celebrated its annual week dedicated to inclusion, INC Week, via a series of with virtual panels, discussions and celebrations in countries around the world.

Diageo leaders discussed inclusivity ambitions

Diageo Chief Executive Ivan Menezes (picture above) opened the week.

“This is an enormous opportunity for us to drive inclusivity to the next level. I want to see us drive change not only within our 28000 people at Diageo, but also with our customers and suppliers, right across our value chain," said the Diageo CEO. "I want our brands to have a hugely progressive voice. This is our company, our culture, and each one of our actions make a difference to Diageo.”

He joined Global Talent Director Louise Prashad (pictured below) for a conversation about its ambition to champion inclusion and diversity in Diageo's business and beyond.

Recognizing its employee resource groups

During INC week, Diageo also recognized its nine employee resource groups that are critical to its business and the value they add.

Online sessions on powerful topics

Diageo INC Week

Diageo closed INC Week with an online session on raising a transgender child.

One parent-panelists shared, “Being open, being empathetic...that’s the job of a parent in having conversations with your child.”
