In FY20, Medtronic has achieved 100% gender pay equity in many countries including the US, and 99% pay equity globally. 50% of their workforce and 39% of their global management are women. The company is firmly committed to playing an active role in driving progress. Find out more.

Reporting on environmental, social, and governance impact

Medtronic prides itself on being transparent. Every year, the company communicates its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact and progress through its Integrated Performance Report.

Medtronic's report shares how the company adds value to society through the economic impact of the business, its philanthropy and its global healthcare access.

A range of topics are included in the report such as environmental stewardship, incorporating climate risk and resilience and reducing operational footprint; supporting a global workforce - from inclusion and diversity to health and well-being; and working responsibly, which includes product quality and ethical business conduct.
