Equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of how Arcadis improves quality of life, which is why its employees joined forces to celebrate International Women's Day.

Holding up their pledge cards, women, male allies and their families shared what they will #ChooseToChallenge and how they support Arcadis' global effort to bring about gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
