Focusing on inclusion in a new working world
The theme of the virtual conferenceiwas 'Inclusion in a new working world'. Exhibition areas, the networking platform and live panels enabled the conference delegates to interact with practioners, diversity leads and each other while sharing practical examples of useful activity supporting diversity.

Dorileen Forbes, Occupational Health Wellbeing Programme Manager at Diageo joined Charlene Sweeney, Associate Director of BIG Partnership, for a panel discussion on the topic of Employee Wellbeing and Inclusion.
Dorileen is part of Diageo’s UK and Ireland Occupational Health team and leads on the development and delivery of the company's Wellbeing programme. She is also a passionate member of Diageo's INC Employee Resource Group, working to ensure that the company's wellbeing and inclusion activities are closely connected to support Diageo's ambition towards maintaining an inclusive work culture.
