Northrop Grumman earns top score on Disability Equality Index

In recognition of its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Northrop Grumman has been named one of the Best Places to Work for People with Disabilities. 

Northrop Grumman also scored 100 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI), which provides the most comprehensive benchmarking tool for disability inclusion.

A score of 100 on the DEI means that Northrop Grumman adheres to many of the numerous leading disability inclusion practices featured in the DEI. The index considers a variety of key performance indicators across organizational culture, leadership, accessibility, employment, community engagement, support services and supplier diversity. 

The award recognizes the Northrop Grumman for its exemplary policies, strategies and initiatives that have resulted in measurable outcomes in disability inclusiveness in the workplace.

This achievement places Northrop Grumman among other top-scoring companies such as Airbnb, Adobe, Barclays, Boeing, Google, LinkedIn, Sony and Uber.
