Cogratulations to Medtronic Chief Financial Officer, Karen Parkhill, is recognized as a 2021 CFO of the Year Award honoree by Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota Business Journal.
"Karen's leadership has been instrumental in helping Medtronic reach many significant milestones and navigate through months of uncertainty over the past year," comments Medtronic.
Karen serves on the company's Executive Committee and is responsible for leading the Medtronic global finance organisation and key supporting functions, including Treasury, Controller, Tax, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development.
In addition to her leadership role in finance, Karen serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Medtronic PRIDE Employee Resource Group and Women’s Network “Commit to Connect” leadership program, which supports senior women leadership development at Medtronic.
