INC week is Diageo's dedicated employee-led inclusion week with virtual panels, discussions and celebrations happening in countries around the world.

Dr. Mandela talks touched upon how little acts of kindness and courage from all of us every day can make a difference.

Dr Mandela told Diageo teams around the world: “For me, inclusion means that all people, and I mean all people, regardless of their character, their attitude, their behaviours, age, sex, sexual orientation, whether they come from a different culture, are all allowed to participate fully and enjoy equality with everybody in the organisation."

“It’s about accepting people who are different and respecting and wanting to learn more. Equality and inclusion means everybody is valued; we all deserve to be here.”
