Diageo is committed to gender equity both at the workplace and within the larger community and so International Women’s Day (IWD) saw Diageo bring together trailblazers from across the business to share how they have broken the bias.
In an inspirational three-minute video, Diageo women speak candidly about their experiences. From Ivone Vieira da Silva, who became the only female truck driver in Brazil, to Charlotte Harris, who broke a world record with no previous rowing experience, each woman also shared what more we can all do to #BreakTheBias.
