EBRD Director for Gender & Economic Inclusion, Barbara Rambousek, and Senior Economist, Zsoka Kocsan, contributed to a book titles "How to Achieve Inclusive Growth", co-published by the IMF and Oxford University Press.
The book examines the interlinked nature of today's global concerns - from rising inequality to social unrest, gender and ethnic disparities.

Tackling economic & social disparities
Rising inequality and widespread poverty, social unrest and polarization, gender and ethnic disparities, declining social mobility, economic fragility, unbalanced growth due to technology and globalization, and existential danger from climate change are urgent global concerns. These issues are intertwined and require a holistic framework. The book draws on the knowledge and policy experience of a large group of experts from the IMF, academia and further bodies. It presents a unified plan for tackling these economic and social disparities.
