"My favorite thing about Medtronic is the people. Everyone is more than happy to guide and support you through your internship, and there have been so many people at Medtronic who have helped me achieve my career goals!," says Maggie.

Jen Rolfes works as a Medtronic Rotation Program Associate and advises interns to rely on the advice of Medtronic experts in order to succeed.
"Rely on the experts around you for advice, whether you need to learn more about the disease state, financial modeling, patient adoption rates, or whatever your project entails. Everyone at Medtronic is willing to meet with you. Their advice will help you succeed!," comments Jen.
Ask questions and remain curious

Medtronic Engineer, Sarah Ernst, encourages interns to ask questions and stay curious.
"People are your best resources! Don't be afraid to ask questions and be curious. You'll build meaningful relationships and learn about so many new opportunities if you simply reach out to people and stay curious during your time as an intern," says Sarah.
