DXC Technology Senior Vice President of HR Global Performance & Rewards, Nadia Owens, is named as one of the 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.

"In partnership with DXC's executive leadership team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Nadia is responsible for designing and delivering globally inclusive human capital performance and rewards solutions to engage and motivate DXC’s workforce," says Savoy magazine.

A proven track record of leadership 

"Nadia has held a number of global strategic HR executive roles in industries including technology, professional services and consumer products. She has a proven track record of leading, managing and executing large scale change initiatives in globally diverse and matrix organizations.

"Nadia believes in fostering a culture of well-being through diverse and inclusive programs and policies that creates the conditions for people to thrive both professionally and personally. Nadia is a board member of The New York Foundling, an organization that provides services including foster care, education and adoption assistance to children and families."

Nadia holds an MS degree in human resources management and a BS degree in business management from Long Island University. She is a board member of The New York Foundling, a non-profit organization that provides services including foster care, education and adoption assistance to children and families.  She also serves on the organization’s Governance Committee and Program Quality Committee.

African American women and men recognized for business leadership

The selection of the Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America begins by examining the spheres of influence impacting Savoy's readership including: corporate sector influence, scholastic achievement, career growth, community outreach and recognition. The information received from over 500 prospective candidates in diverse fields was pre-screened by the selection committee.
