European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Director of Gender & Economic Inclusion, Barbara Rambousek, was a guest speaker at the Conference of the Heads of German Missions.
Taking place in the Federal Foreign Office, Berlin, the conference focused on rethinking policy and brought together guests from the worlds of business, diplomacy, politics, economics, culture and civil society.
Discussing women in business

The conference agenda covered a variety of regional and global topics via panels, workshops and discussions, including gender equality and feminist foreign policy.
"Women are the world’s largest emerging market. Women in business are a highly profitable but underserved market segment," commented Barbara.
