Highlighting important stats on menopause at work
WSP Head of Earth and Environment, Barry Cowell, is one such ally, and highlights important and concerning stats regarding menopause at work and what WSP is doing to support its female colleagues.
"Nearly one in three women are considering reducing their hours or leaving work because of menopause symptoms. Yes, that is indeed if you work it out, 33 percent. It's traditionally a taboo topic. It's stigmatised. It's misunderstood and unsupported. And we've taken the opportunity to make a difference by listening to our staff," shares Barry.
