Meet Aru Narla, an Advanced Systems Engineer for Honeywell. Aru is veteran of Honeywellhaving worked for the company for over three decades. 

For Aru, it is the growth and learning opportunities at Honeywell that keep her there, enabling her to focus on her love for her family, and being a teacher.

The opportunity to learn and grow 

“I have had the chance to work with several teams, I've not just been with one part of the company, so I've had a chance to really grow and learn about different products that we do,” shares Aru. 

“Away from work it has to be being a mom and being a teacher, although my kids are all grown up now but that's still a high priority for me to be there for them.”

Raising the new generation 

“Working in a technology company you know that that our whole lifestyle is going to change. Change is just happening at a phenomenal rate and it's great to be a part of this company that has got so many new things coming up,” explains Aru. 

“To me, being a Futureshaper means to contribute to the lifestyle changes that are going to be occurring through technology and also to contribute to raising the new generation that's also going to be a part of the future.”
