Forging a culture of inclusivity

Advancing ED&I priorities and supporting change in the industry takes focus and commitment. AECOM's champions play a critical role in helping the company to make an impact.

They also help employees network, grow their careers and take part in community outreach.

“As a proud gay man, I feel it is important to create a safe, open and accepting environment for those from a LGBTQIA+ background.
