The building looks great, I feel happy and excited to be back and genuinely feel proud to work here," says Donna. "Having spoken with many new parents (both in my personal life and with candidates as part of my role) I know that I am very lucky to have had such an incredibly positive experience..."

Saying ‘yes’ to opportunities and advancing your career

Willis Towers Watson women

Managing Director, Keisha Olinger, shares how she’s grown her career, raised her voice and seized opportunities as a Black woman at WTW.

"When I first joined WTW, I didn’t envisage becoming a managing director. I was a divorced, single mother of a then four-year-old daughter and six-year-old son. My children were used to me having a job where I worked long hours, but I was looking for a career that made me feel fulfilled and had a sense of purpose. I found that at WTW. Here, I felt empowered and confident to say ‘yes’ to challenging projects. I also found a community of smart, collaborative colleagues who said ‘yes’ to giving me new and expanded responsibilities," explains Keisha.
