Amazon Women's Internship Network develops leadership skills

Amazon interns attended the Women’s Internship Network in Operations (WIN-In-Ops) in Luxembourg to officially kick-off their eight week program, which is designed to hone their leadership skills and also includes mentorship, as well as various opportunities to expand their Amazon network.

The Women’s Internship Network in Operations (WIN-In-Ops) program offers additional support to female interns for eight weeks during their three to six month internship at Amazon. Within the program, participants join other interns from various backgrounds to hone their leadership skills. They are mentored by senior leaders and given opportunities to demonstrate what they have learnt.

Participants learn a variety of skills and grow their Amazon network

The Women’s Internship Network in Operations (WIN-In-Ops) program focuses on the following:

  • Leadership training - develop and hone your leadership style with onsite and online training
  • Real-world business challenges through supply chain management or operations process optimization
  • Coaching by senior female talent across the business
  • Growing your network across Amazon and with peers from top universities across Europe
