Exyte celebrated International Women's Day and has now developed a video to reflect on the company's activity. The video spotlights Exyte employees across different countries, from the Americas to Israel, Germany to China, all showing solidarity through different workplace celebrations.
Throughout the video, women and men strike the #EachforEqual pose, while colleagues hold IWD pledge boards with promises such as: "We are committed to forging a more diverse and inclusive workplace" and "I will celebrate my colleagues' achievements regardless of gender".
"Together, we pledge for a stronger commitment to nurture a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all," Exyte states in the video.
