To be recognised in the HERoes Women Role Model Lists reflects Diageo's ongoing commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Diageo understands that the most successful businesses are those that embrace a diverse workforce with a range of backgrounds, skills and capabilities.

The company is proud that 50% of its Board and 38% of its Executive Committee are women. 39% of its global senior leadership team positions are held by women and it continues to work towards its 2025 target of 40%.

Since the launch, the average number of paternity leave days taken by men has increased significantly.

The company also sponsors the Creative Equals Returners programme, which supports women returning to the creative industries after a career break, and it is a member of the World Federation of Advertisers’ Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce.
